Westwood Elementary extends a heartfelt THANK YOU to our school community! We're incredibly proud of our readers and grateful for your support, which made our fundraiser a success. Our students had a wonderful time reading. We can't wait to host another Read-A-Thon next year!

Mrs. Frauenthal’s class had a blast "cooking" healthy with Apple Seeds! Students got hands on experience making a delicious kale salad with cucumber, yum!
Apple Seeds, Inc is a Non-Profit with the mission to increase access to fresh fruits and vegetables and to empower young minds with the knowledge and skills needed to embrace a healthy lifestyle. Through their innovative programs, they create a positive environment where kids can discover and explore the world of nutritious foods. We are so lucky to have community partners like Apple Seeds!
We can't wait until tomorrow. It's going to be a fun, fun day!
Our Fab Fridays in February keep getting better! Today, our teachers and staff were treated to a sweet surprise—a bag filled with their favorite treats, personally delivered by Mr. Ranger and our amazing Student Safety Patrol!
A huge shoutout to our incredible office team—Mrs. Aleman, Mrs. Acosta, and Nurse Edwards—for making these moments extra special. Our school family is truly blessed to have such a creative and thoughtful team in the main office!
Next Friday, we're having a school-wide PJ day to celebrate Valentine's Day and another Fab Friday in February!!!💕
