Walker Elementary

Attention 5th Grade Families, 5th Grade Little Olympics has been rescheduled to next week, Tuesday, May 23rd @ Harber High School from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm. Students will all need to bring a water bottle from home. Students will need to either bring lunch from home or order lunch from the cafeteria. Concessions will open for students prices are listed below. Please send money to school with your child if you would like for them to purchase concessions. Hot Dogs $1 Pickles $1 Nachos $2 Chips $1 Candy $1 Drinks $2 Parents are invited to attend. There will not be an entry fee for parents or guests.

Our friends at Samaritan House (who provide our snack packs) have asked to partner with them for a food drive tomorrow (May 17th). If your family is able to donate, please bring in canned (not jars) of food items like vegetables, fruit, soups, and peanut butter. Thank you for your help in supporting the food pantry.

Walker students will be singing at the Natural's game on Sunday, May 21st at 2:00 pm. If you would like to have your child join us to sing, please return ticket orders by Wednesday at 8:00 am. Tickets are $9.00 each and each student singing will need a ticket as well as any adults who be attending. We need as many students as we can to join us for this fun event!
