It is almost time for our flu vaccine clinic! Permission slips were sent home last week during conferences. The FERPA form and the consent form (front and back) need to be signed by a parent or guardian in order for your student to receive a flu vaccine.
If you need another form or have any questions, please contact Nurse Kate by phone at 479-750-8849 or email kathryn.cingolani@sdale.org.

🩸 Stop the Bleed Training at SWJH! 🩹
Today, our Student Safety Team participated in Stop the Bleed training led by Nurse Kate and Officer Wills. We loved seeing Year 2 Safety Team Members take the lead in presenting the instructional portion of the training. We are so proud of their growth and leadership!
Learning how to respond in an emergency and potentially save a life is an incredibly important skill, and we are proud of our students for stepping up, participating, and learning how to be prepared when it matters most.
A special thank you to a few of our staff members and Mrs. Stephanie Crabtree for providing lunch and helping make today’s training a success! We appreciate everyone who continues to invest in helping our Cougars become confident, capable, and prepared leaders. 🐾🩸
