Kaila Richardson graduated from Springdale High School in 2014 and is a SHS Band and Law Academy Alumni. She attended college at Arkansas Tech University and earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Mathematics in 2018. She began her teaching career at Clarksville Junior High in 2019, but Springdale traditions brought her back home to teach at her alma mater in 2020. Mrs. Richardson currently teaches Math Ready and Algebra 2 at SHS and is working on her building level administrative certification.
Mrs. Richardson and her husband Gavin foster cats/kittens through Fabulous Felines and spent the summer caring and bottle feeding newborn kittens. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and gardening.
